Committed to Data-Driven Marketing Excellence
The Avenue Research Group was founded by attorneys with over 20 years experience in real estate law with the help of experienced GIS professionals and software developers. We understand the frustration of searching for right-of-way plans, looking up ownership records, and developing marketing plans. Improve your eminent domain strategy and let us help you skip the tedium and sign clients faster and easier.
The Avenue uses GIS (Geographic Information Systems) analysis to illuminate issues that are driven by data to organize, communicate, and understand the science of eminent domain. We locate DOT plans to find impacted landowners in order to connect you with potential clients. Our tools are designed to improve your eminent domain strategy.
We use data management tools to gather, manage, and analyze data for real estate attorneys working on eminent domain cases. We compile data from public sources to find the most up-to-date ownership records and provide expert analysis to help you make better decisions. Our integrated project management tools are designed to improve collaboration at your firm and track the progress of active cases. Our processes are cyclic and designed to incorporate marketing results in order to improve our marketing efforts for our clients.
Who We Are
-
The Avenue was born out of frustration. As eminent domain attorneys, we saw firsthand how difficult and time-consuming it was to identify affected property owners, gather reliable property data, and build outreach campaigns quickly enough to help people before decisions were made about their land.
The information existed, but it was scattered across government databases, GIS systems, public records, planning reports, and third-party platforms. We wanted a single system that would allow attorneys to identify opportunities, understand projects, and connect with property owners efficiently.
Our goal was simple: build the platform we wished we had years ago.
-
Most legal marketing and lead-generation platforms are designed for mass-market consumer practices. Eminent domain, infrastructure projects, utility acquisitions, and property rights cases are completely different.
We built The Avenue specifically around public project data and real property records. Instead of waiting for someone to search online for an attorney, The Avenue helps attorneys identify impacted property owners at the earliest stages of a project.
The Avenue utilizes data management strategies to locate and maintain project details, analyze them with GIS mapping technologies, provide parcel data, ownership information, and outreach tools, all in one strategic workflow. Rather than reacting to opportunities, attorneys can proactively serve property owners who may not even realize they need representation yet.
That proactive approach is what makes The Avenue different.
-
The Avenue cares about providing accurate, actionable data and marketing strategies to support our clients in sustaining and growing their eminent domain practices. We navigate the complexity of locating and analyzing relevant data to provide our clients with viable marketing opportunities. Our goal is to build a sustainable and long-term marketing engine to support our clients for years to come.
